In this real estate exam prep video we discuss the Agent-Broker Relationship – not only how it’s structured but the things you need to know for your real estate exam. Key real estate terms discussed are:

(1) General Agency – An agency relationship whereby the agent is authorized to act on behalf of the client or principal
(2) Independent Contractor – An individual that’s employed by a Broker and paid based on the agent production. No salary or other benefits are paid by the emplying broker.
