This is the final video in the Contract Basics real estate exam prep video series. In this video we discuss nonperformance of a party to a contract. Other key real estate terms discussed are:

Statute of Limitations – A statutory time frame in which a party can bring legal action.
Laches – A delay in asserting one’s legal rights, causing a forfeiture of these rights.
Specific Performance – A legal remedy that compels a party to a contract to perform
